Elias Lebovits Bio

Elias (Eli) Lebovits is the Managing Partner and Founder of Swift Anchor Holdings. He is responsible for setting the strategic direction and long term vision of the firm, as well as leading investment decisions. Eli’s background spans investing and operations. Prior to founding Swift Anchor, Eli led Corporate Development and Strategy at Medforth, a multi billion dollar private equity-backed holding company. Medforth’s investors included Carlyle, Altas Partners, and Baring Private Equity Asia (BPEA/EQT). At Medforth, Eli led M&A and major strategic initiatives including the development of key growth strategies and operational initiatives including international expansion, new program development, and cost optimization. Preceding Medforth, Eli was an investor at BlackRock where he led investments across healthcare, industrials and financials for a $60bn portfolio. His investments included public and private equity-backed companies. He began his career at Centerview Partners in M&A. Eli received an MBA from Harvard Business School (with distinction) and a B.S. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude.
