Amy Li joined SPC in 2017. Amy evaluates and executes new investment opportunities and works closely with several portfolio companies. Prior to joining SPC, Amy worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Consumer and Retail Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where she focused on leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and various debt and equity financing activities. She received a BA degree from Columbia University, where she was co-captain of the women’s tennis team.
