Mr. Kaplan is a Managing Director and member of the North American Investment Team with a focus on real estate. Prior to joining SVP, Mr. Kaplan held various roles at Goldman Sachs, including as a Managing Director on the real estate team, leading the group’s Los Angeles office and West Coast investing. Prior to Goldman Sachs, he held various roles at Healthpeak Properties in Los Angeles and Nashville. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at UBS. Mr. Kaplan holds a BA in Economics from Bucknell University.
