Mr. Lelek is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Investor Relations. Before joining SVP, Mr. Lelek was Head of North American Capital Formation at Castlelake. Prior to that, he was Head of the North American Institutional Client Team at Allianz. Earlier in his career, Mr. Lelek spent a decade at BlackRock. Mr. Lelek holds a BA in Economics and Sociology from Connecticut College.
