Ms. Price is Head of Tax Structuring, leading tax structuring for complex investments across diverse asset classes. Prior to joining SVP, Ms. Price was a Managing Director at CPP Investments, where she led tax advisory and compliance for the United States. Prior to this, she was a Director and Tax Executive at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, leading in-house tax advisory for Global Capital Markets and Investment Banking. She started her career as an attorney at Davis Polk & Wardwell. Ms. Price holds an L.L.M. from New York University School of Law, a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BA from Yale University.
