Mr. Brecher is a Managing Director, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining SVP, Mr. Brecher was Deputy General Counsel at Millennium Management and had previously served in senior legal and compliance roles at other investment firms. He began his career as an Associate in the Corporate group at McDermott, Will & Emery LLP. Mr. Brecher holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from the University of Michigan Law School.
