Mr. Roman is a Managing Director and member of the North American Investment Team. Prior to joining SVP, Mr. Roman was at Q Investments, where he was a Senior Investment Analyst sourcing and evaluating debt and equity investments across healthcare, manufacturing, telecoms, technology and shipping. Previously, he was an Investment Analyst at Highvista Strategies and an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. Mr. Roman holds a BA in Economics from Carleton College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the Boards of Hornblower, Revelyst and Wheel Pros.
