Ryan Kantor Bio

Ryan joined Svoboda Capital Partners (“SC”) in August 2016 and is responsible for sourcing and evaluating potential investment opportunities, leading due diligence, structuring and negotiating transactions, and managing portfolio company investments. Ryan serves as a board member at Clarion Healthcare and The Variable and was intimately involved with other SC portfolio companies, including Triad Technologies and Infinite Packaging Group. Prior to joining SC, Ryan was an analyst in the Investment Banking Division of Lazard Middle Market, LLC (“Lazard”) in Chicago. During his tenure at Lazard, Ryan focused the majority of his time on mergers and acquisitions in the industrial and consumer sectors. Ryan serves on the Associate Board for Compass to Care. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with distinction from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a J.D. cum laude from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
