Michael Dougherty Bio

Michael is a Principal in the San Francisco office. He focuses on sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, transaction execution, and portfolio company support. Michael sits on the Board of Cytracom, DeFy Security, Gorilla Logic, Raken, ShadowDragon, and FOUR. Prior to joining Sverica, he was an analyst in Deutsche Bank’s Financial Institutions Group in New York City. While at Deutsche Bank, he was responsible for buy and sell-side M&A advisory assignments, as well as capital raising transactions in both the debt and equity markets, focusing mainly on the Financial Technology sector. Michael earned his undergraduate degree in Economics at Brown University.
