Peter spent 20 years of service in the British Army as a professional engineer. Highlights include multiple tours with commando forces and selection as a leadership instructor at the prestigious Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. On retiring from service Peter set up a highly successful training and coaching business, focused on helping game studios develop their people and scale-up. Formerly the Chief Learning Officer at Splash Damage, Peter heads up the learning faculty at SuperNova, supporting all entities within the group through The Academy.
