Barrett Bruce Bio

Barrett Bruce is on the legal team as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of SunTx Capital Partners. Mr. Bruce is responsible for the SunTx compliance program and manages the legal team for all of the SunTx portfolio companies. Prior to joining SunTx, Mr. Bruce practiced law at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, where he focused on venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. Mr. Bruce earned a BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and a JD cum laude from Texas Tech University School of Law.
