Sophia Popova Bio

Sophia joined Summit in 2017 and focuses primarily on the technology sector. Her current board and investment experience includes Invicti Security, Klaviyo (NYSE: KVYO), Markforged (NYSE: MKFG), Mavrck, Vensure Employer Services (formerly PrismHR), Sifted, StackAdapt and Ylopo. Prior to Summit, Sophia was an investment partner at Dorm Room Fund and held roles at several startups including Contactive, where she was Product Manager. Before that, Sophia worked for Morgan Stanley. Sophia holds a BA in economics and mathematics from Yale University and an MBA, with distinction, from Harvard Business School. She is fluent in English and Bulgarian.
