Ross Stern Bio

Julia joined Summit Partners in 2023. As the director of Summit’s Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) program, Julia is responsible for developing and implementing the firm’s approach to ESG. Prior to Summit, Julia served as a Vice President at Thomas H. Lee Partners where she worked on compliance and ESG. Previously, she worked at Goldman Sachs both in the Merchant Banking Compliance and Financial Crime Compliance divisions. Prior to that, she worked at Booz Allen Hamilton in the Defense Intelligence practice. Julia holds a BA, magna cum laude, in international relations and Italian studies from Brown University and an MPP from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
