As Head of People in Summa, my role is to partner with all the Summates and the Portfolio companies to support them in building even higher-performing organizations anchored by purpose and the passion for solving global challenges. At Summa, our guiding star is that we co-create to win-win. In that lies an exceptional commitment to our purpose and values which we need to live every day and I am grateful and excited for the opportunity to play a part in this work. The majority of my background is from Private Equity where I spent 10 years. I also have experience in strategy consulting and Executive Search and Leadership advisory. I hold a BBA from Babson College and an MBA from INSEAD.
