Partner and Investment Director, Alan has over 15 years of experience in Private Equity, M&A, Corporate Finance and Strategic Planning. He has executed several transactions in the logistics, education, retail, technology, industry, financial services, and media sectors. At Stratus since 2016, he has led the execution of new investments, works in the monitoring of investee companies with positions on boards and strategic committees and is currently responsible for Stratus’ investment management area. Alan has a degree in Economics from FEA-USP, with an exchange program at Bocconi University (Milan – Italy), and a postgraduate degree in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral.
