James Hert Bio

James is a Principal with Stonepeak. Prior to joining Stonepeak, James was a Vice President at Fortress Investment Group, where he was a member of the private equity business and focused on infrastructure, transportation, logistics, and energy investments. Prior to Fortress, James worked at J.P. Morgan as an Investment Banking Analyst within the Diversified Industrials group. James received a Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, in Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with an Honors distinction from Barrett, The Honors College at Arizona State University.
