Lee Vandermyde Bio

Lee has over 30 years of operational, transactional, and financial expertise with middle-market businesses. Prior to founding Stone Pointe in 2007, he had spent his entire career financing and advising middle-market companies, completing transactions with a total aggregate value of more than $1 billion. Responsible for evaluating investment opportunities and the strategic business plan, Lee actively supports the company management to execute and achieve long-term results. Previously, Lee was the Vice President of Corporate Development for Conwed Plastics, a middle-market specialty plastics processing company. Lee spent 14 years at Harris Nesbitt (BMO Capital Markets) after beginning his career at Old Kent Bank – Illinois in the Corporate Banking Department. As a managing director at an integrated, full-service mid-market investment and corporate bank, he was responsible for initiating and executing investment banking and capital raising assignments for middle-market companies and private equity investors in a variety of industries.
