Monica Kozy Bio

Monica is Vice President, Business Development with STG, where she is responsible for deal sourcing as well as developing relationships with investment bankers and other financial professionals. Prior to STG, Monica was a Business Development Coverage Lead at Marlin Equity Partners, where she led the U.S. healthcare and financial technology origination efforts. Prior to Marlin, she was the Director of Business Development at Delta-v Capital, where she built out and led the firm’s origination efforts. Monica started her career at HSBC in the North America Graduate Development Program and Americas’ Global Solutions Group, where she helped establish the platform to cross-sell services and products across the Private Banking, Investment Banking, and Corporate Banking business lines. Monica graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurship.
