Min Fang Bio

Min Fang is a Vice President with STG. Prior to STG, Min co-founded a venture debt firm called Harper Partners, based in Los Angeles, where he oversaw credit and special situations investments in fast growing, tech-enabled businesses. His responsibilities spanned business development, origination, underwriting, and fundraising. Prior to Harper Partners, Min worked at Angelo Gordon, based in New York, where he focused on middle market private equity investments in financial services and retail businesses. Min began his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, working on M&A and capital raising transactions in the consumer and retail industries. Min graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Business Administration and B.S. in Accounting
