Chris Langone is Managing Director, Head of Business Development with STG where he leads the firm’s worldwide business development efforts. Chris is responsible for deal sourcing as well as developing relationships with investment bankers and other financial professionals. Chris boasts over 15 years of investment banking experience handling M&A transactions, public equity offerings and debt financings for tech-enabled services, software, information services, marketing services, and human capital companies. He previously served as a vice president at boutique investment bank Redwood Capital Group, based in New York. Prior to Redwood, Chris was with Bank of America and BMO Capital Markets. During his tenure on Wall Street, he has completed more than $4 billion of transactions for more than 45 growth stage and middle-market companies. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University.
