Melissa Reddy Bio

Mrs. Reddy joined Stern Partners in 2024. Her role is to advise the Stern group’s companies on business strategy, commercial and operational business initiatives, and M&A transactions. Prior to joining Stern Partners, Mrs. Reddy worked at McKinsey & Company Canada as a management consultant focused on improving financial performance and ways of working in strategy and transformational engagements, across organizations in various sectors. She also brings 10+ years of P&L responsibility, including operational and strategy experience across the Building Materials and Petro-Chemical industries. Mrs. Reddy holds an MBA, Master’s in Industrial Engineering, and Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Pretoria (GIBS) and University of Witwatersrand respectively.
