Ms. Ai is a member of the private equity team, focusing on Asian investments. Prior to joining StepStone, Ms. Ai was a senior consultant at Deloitte Consulting where she focused on strategy & operations. Before that she was with UBS Hong Kong. Ms. Ai received her master’s and bachelor’s degrees in finance from Renmin University of China.
