Mr. Wilcox joined Stephens in 1992, after serving Mergers & Acquisitions tenures at both Lehman Brothers and Investcorp International, Inc. After overseeing billions of dollars’ worth of transactions as Head of Stephens Investment Banking, he was asked to join Stephens Capital Partners as Managing Director in 2007. He serves as a director of PL Developments, CarHop, Reliable Automatic Sprinkler Company, Hargray Holdings, Mid-States Services, HighMark School Development and Vanguard Truck Centers.
