Ms. Garcia joined Stellus at its formation in 2012 and had been with the team previously at the D. E. Shaw group since 2006. Prior to joining the D. E. Shaw group, Victoria worked as a business consultant with Arthur Andersen LLP, BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting), and Pannell Kerr Forster of Texas. Victoria received an M.S. in finance and B.B.A. in accounting with Honors from Texas A&M University. Victoria is a licensed C.P.A. in the State of Texas.
