Mr. Baker has more than 17 years of private credit, private equity, and investment banking experience. He joined Stellus at its formation in 2012 and had been with the team previously at the D. E. Shaw group since 2008. Prior to joining the D. E. Shaw group, Colin worked as an investment banking analyst with SMH Capital Inc., an affiliate of Sanders Morris Harris Group, and as an associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP’s audit and assurance services group. Colin received an M.S. in finance and B.B.A. in accounting with Honors from Texas A&M University.
