Robert Jahn Bio

Rob has worked closely with founders and entrepreneurs to help capitalize on their potential through business building and transformative M&A. Rob has extensive business services experience, including digital marketing, financial technology, insurance brokerage and senior housing. Rob joined Stella Point in 2012. Previously, he spent more than six years at Lindsay Goldberg and Lindsay Goldberg & Bessemer after joining in 2004. Rob helped to execute and manage numerous investments for the firm and served as a director or observer on several boards of directors of its portfolio companies. In addition to his role as an investment professional, he was also responsible for recruiting, staffing and career development of Associates. Rob was born and raised in Northern California and currently lives in New York City with his family. Rob is an endurance athlete, having run cross country and track and field in college, and has competed in a number of marathons, triathlons and other distance races. He has spent time coaching other athletes and raising money, through involvement with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team-in-Training marathon program, and interviews candidates for admission to his alma mater.
