Bridgit has over 25 years of experience in Investor Relations & Reporting, Office Administration, Human Resources, Event Planning and Database Maintenance. Prior to joining Star Mountain Capital, Bridgit was the Office Manager at Halyard Capital, a U.S. lower middle-market private equity fund manager, for 20 years where she supported the two founding partners and other senior team members. In developing her role, she became the Portfolio Company & Investor Communications Administrator for the firm. Bridgit has also held Events & Executive Assistant positions in the Investment and Corporate Banking divisions of BMO Capital Markets, CIBC and UBS.
