Steve Burgermeister Bio

Steve Burgermeister is the Chief Financial Officer at Staple Street Capital. He is responsible for managing the accounting, tax and treasury functions as well as overseeing the firm’s compliance program. Prior to joining Staple Street Capital, Mr. Burgermeister was a Fund Accounting Manager at Lindsay Goldberg. While at Lindsay Goldberg, he was responsible for helping oversee the quarterly fund reporting, day-to-day fund operations, cash management, treasury functions and quarterly valuations for multiple funds. Prior to joining Lindsay Goldberg, Mr. Burgermeister worked at KPMG where he helped execute audits of mutual funds and hedge funds. Mr. Burgermeister received his M.B.A. from New York University and holds a B.S. in Public Accounting from Fordham University.
