Ryan Hartinger Bio

Ryan Hartinger is an operating partner with 15 years of sales experience with a focus of building and scaling outbound Business Development teams. His data-driven approach to individualized coaching, strategic execution and cross-functional collaboration have led to developing strong outbound motions that consistently exceed pipeline goals. Prior to joining Spotlight, Ryan held a Senior Business Development Manager position at Zoom. At Spotlight, Ryan oversees the Business Development functions within the portfolio. Ryan earned his BS in Marketing from the Ohio State University. In his free time, he enjoys photography, chess, guitar, and scuba diving.
