Erica Johnson Bio

Erica Johnson is an operating partner with over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting. Prior to joining Spotlight, Erica served as CFO for Ease, Inc., one of Spotlight’s portfolio companies. While at Ease, Erica built out the Company’s finance and accounting department, implementing a new accounting system and overseeing multiple system integration projects, scaling a finance team, and leading the company through multiple growth stages and the eventual sale of the company. At Spotlight, Erica provides hands-on financial leadership with a focus on introducing best practices, optimizing processes, developing and monitoring key performance indicators, and building high-performance teams. Erica graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Berkeley, where she earned a BA degree in Psychology and Anthropology.
