Zachary Barket Bio

Zach joined Spire Capital in 2022 as Vice President of Finance. Zach works closely with the CFO on the firm’s fund administration, investor relations, compliance and accounting due diligence at Spire for prospective investments. He also works with each portfolio company’s financial and accounting teams. Prior to joining Spire, Zach was the Senior Vice President, Director of Finance at Univest Financial Corporation, a financial services business that provides banking, insurance, and wealth management services. While at Univest, Zach was responsible for budgeting, planning, M&A modeling and due diligence, and developing the capital allocation strategy. Prior to Univest, Zach started his career at KPMG, LLP, spending time in the Deal Advisory and Audit practices. Zach graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
