Paul Perseke Bio

Paul Perseke joined Spell Capital in 2021 as an Operating Partner. Paul is an accomplished, results-driven senior financial executive with broad experience spanning multiple industries in both public and private companies. Mr. Perseke has direct experience with mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and transaction originations. Prior to joining Spell Capital, Paul has been providing financial and operational consulting services to a variety of companies throughout the United States. He has been active with several charitable and educational organizations in both an advisory and board member capacity. Paul has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Finance and Accounting from Concordia University in St. Paul and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
