Heather Pribyl Bio

Heather Pribyl joined Spell Capital Partners in 2021. She comes to Spell Capital with 17+ years of accounting experience. Previously, Ms. Pribyl was the Accounting Manager at Open Cities Health Center and spent 12 years with the Margaret A. Cargill Philanthropies, of which 6 years was focused on tax compliance and financial planning. Ms. Pribyl has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from Saint Cloud State University with a minor in Communication Studies and a dual master’s degree in Business Administration and Non-Profit Management (MBA) from Hamline University.
