Coley Florance Bio

Coley joined the firm in 2018 and is the Head of Talent, working across the portfolio in the areas of recruitment, human capital development and organizational talent assessment. Prior to joining Spectrum, Coley worked at TPG Capital and Heidrick & Struggles. Coley received an AB from Harvard College.
