Hicham Bennis Bio

Hicham joined SPE in 2022 from Ares Management, where he served as a Vice President, based in Paris, in the fund’s Private Debt team covering France and Southern Europe. Hicham was involved in several transactions, notably in the healthcare and software sectors, through various debt instruments as well as equity co-investments. Hicham started his career as an investment banking analyst at Rothschild, based in Paris. Hicham holds a Master’s degree in Management from HEC Paris (‘Grande Ecole’ program) and a Master 1 in Tax & Business law from the University of Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne;
