Tom Harbin Bio

Tom is the Managing Partner of Source Capital. Prior to starting Source, Tom worked in the technology and telecom group within J.H. Whitney & Co., a middle market private equity and private credit firm based in Stamford, CT. During his tenure at Whitney, Tom also served as the Director of Business Development for Powerband Communications in Tokyo, Japan. Tom began his career in the leveraged finance group at Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York. Past and current outside board affiliations include: The Nature Conservancy of GA, Piedmont Hospital Foundation, Firstech Payments, the Great Elm Group (Nasdaq "GEG"). He is also an active member in YPO.
