Ryan Berg Bio

Ryan is a Principal at Source Capital, where he sources and leads the execution of new investment opportunities. He also provides strategic and operational support to Source's portfolio companies. Prior to joining Source, Ryan was a Principal at Arcspring, a middle-market private equity firm focused on leveraging technology to create differentiation across business services companies. Before Arcspring, Ryan worked for over 8 years at New Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, where he most recently served as a Principal sourcing and leading the execution of new investment opportunities across the healthcare, financial services, and business services verticals. He also provided strategic and operational support to NCP's portfolio companies as a board member. Prior to joining NCP, Ryan worked in the Strategic Planning group of First Wind, a wind energy portfolio company of Madison Dearborn and DE Shaw. Ryan started his career as an Analyst in the Global Industrials Group of UBS Investment Bank, executing numerous sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, as well as debt and equity financing.
