Joe Rodgers Bio

Joe is a Managing Director at Source Capital, where he is primarily responsible for sourcing, leading, and executing transactions and managing existing portfolio investments. Additionally, Joe assists with managing the general activities of the firm and is a member of the Partnership's Investment Committee. Joe has over 30 years in the finance industry, and over his career, he has played the role of advisor, investment banker, and lender to companies across a wide variety of industries. Prior to joining Source, Joe was a Managing Director at Monroe Capital where he was responsible for sourcing and executing transactions for the Southeast region. Before Monroe, Joe was a Managing Director at KPMG Corporate Finance where he created and managed the Capital Advisory and Private Placement practice for the group. Additionally, Joe has held leadership roles at Cerberus Capital, CIT and Cratos Capital.
