Benjamin Emmons Bio

Ben is a Managing Director at Source Capital, where he is primarily responsible for sourcing, leading and executing new investments as well as managing existing portfolio investments. He is an Investment Committee member for both the equity and debt practices of the firm. Additionally, Ben assists with managing the general activities of the firm and is a member of the Partnership's Investment Committee. Prior to joining Source, Ben was a Managing Director at Gladstone Capital where he was responsible for sourcing and executing equity investments for the Southeast region. Before Gladstone, Ben was a Managing Director with SunTrust Robinson Humphrey where he sourced and executed senior debt facilities within the Corporate and Investment Banking division. Additionally, Ben has maintained roles at Sun Capital, CIT, Cratos Capital, and Bank of America.
