Adam Langley Bio

Adam is Source Capital's Chief Compliance Officer and is responsible for overseeing and implementing the firm's compliance program. Adam has over 20 years of experience in regulatory compliance of registered investment advisors, broker/dealers, mutual funds, exchange traded funds, private placements, hedge funds, and commodity pools. Prior to joining Source, Adam served as Chief Compliance Officer and in other compliance roles with medium and large assets managers including Invesco and Macquarie. He began his career with Aspen Partners, where he was responsible for all regulatory and compliance matters and led the formation of the firm's broker/dealer and the launch of several private and registered fund offerings.
