Matt is the Chief Operating Officer at SNH Capital Partners. He serves as Board Member for several portfolio companies and is a member of the Firm Investment Committee. He leads all consulting operations, as well as Firm finance and admin teams. Prior to SNH, Matt was at McKinsey & Company advising clients and leading practice operations across a wide range of functional areas (from manufacturing to customer experience) in a wide range of industries (from banking to mining). In between stints at McKinsey, Matt was the VP of Supply Strategy and Capital Projects at Diageo, the world’s largest spirits company, where he led multi-year capital programs, all aspects of continuous improvement, and the Supply PMO. Matt started his career in the US Navy, as a submarine officer. Matt is a US Naval Academy graduate and has a Master’s degree from Old Dominion University.
