Ranvir Gujral is a private equity investor and entrepreneur. He is the founder and managing partner of Sleeping Bear Capital, a founder-first private equity firm that invests in business unit spinouts and venture-backed technology, eCommerce, and business services companies seeking new capital to reach their fullest potential. Previously co-founder and CEO of Chute, a marketing SAAS business that was backed by Y Combinator, Foundry Group, USVP, and Salesforce Ventures, and which sold to a PE firm in 2018.
