Dave Parsons Bio

Dave joined SkyKnight Capital in 2021. Prior to joining SkyKnight Capital, Dave was CEO of Allegro Credit (2013-2021) where he transformed an offline balance sheet point-of-sale lender into the leading SaaS originate-and-sell lending and leasing platform in its chosen sectors. Allegro was sold to Synchrony Financial (NYSE: SYF) in 2021. Dave began his career at Bain & Company (2001-2013), working with CEOs and leadership teams as a trusted advisor for corporate strategy, post-merger integration, sales effectiveness, and operations. Education: Dave holds a B.S. in Computers Systems Engineering (2001), M.A. in Education (2005), and MBA (2005) from Stanford University.
