Susanne Clarke Bio

Ms. Clarke joined SK Capital as Tax Director in July 2019. Ms. Clarke is responsible for the tax matters across the SK Capital funds. Prior to SK Capital, Ms. Clarke was the Tax Director at Eagle Point Credit Management LLC, an alternative asset management firm focused on investments in the equity and junior debt tranches of Collateralized Loan Obligations. Prior to Eagle Point, Ms. Clarke served as the Tax Director for Mount Kellett Capital Management LP and held various roles in the tax departments of Eton Park Capital Management LP and Tudor Investment Corporation. Ms. Clarke earned a B.S. in Accounting from Fordham University and an M.S.T from Pace University.
