George Gregory Bio

Mr. Gregory is a Senior Director at SK Capital who focuses on working with management teams to improve the performance of portfolio companies. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Woodstock Sterile Solutions, Ipackchem and Perimeter Solutions. Mr. Gregory has extensive experience in the chemical, specialty material, and related industries as a senior executive, board member, investor, and advisor. He has served as the CEO of three different companies: HMT LLC, a provider of engineered products and services for the above-ground storage tank industry; Kraton Polymers LLC, a global supplier of specialized polymers for a broad range of applications; and KoSa, B.V., then a leading producer of polyester fibers, resins, and intermediates. Before being a CEO, Mr. Gregory held various positions in Koch Industries, Inc. including Managing Director at Koch Equities Inc. He also was a strategy consultant for Monitor Company. Mr. Gregory began his career as a chemist for DuPont. Mr. Gregory earned his A.B. in Chemistry, summa cum laude, from Harvard College where he was elected Phi Beta Kappa and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
