Brian Coe Bio

Mr. Coe joined SK Capital Partners in August 2022. As Director, Financial Excellence he is a part of the lower middle market investment deal team and is responsible for partnering with portfolio company CFOs on purchase and technical accounting, integration, process improvement, equity value creation and enhancing the value proposition of the finance function across the respective portfolio companies. Prior to joining SK Capital, Mr. Coe spent over ten years in the role of CAO for numerous hyper-growth private equity-owned companies, over six years in various controllership positions of publicly traded companies, and over four years in public accounting. Mr. Coe earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Texas State University and is a CPA in the state of Texas.
