Woosung is based in Seoul and is responsible for the origination and execution of investments. He has over 17 years of experience in investment banking and management consulting. Prior to joining SJL Partners, Woosung was a Director at Credit Suisse’s Investment Banking division in Seoul. Prior to Credit Suisse, he was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan’s Asia Energy Investment Banking team in Hong Kong, focusing on M&A and capital markets transactions for clients in the Asia energy sector. He also previously worked as a management consultant at Oliver Wyman, leading various corporate restructuring and growth strategy projects.
