Stephen Catera Bio

Mr. Stephen Catera (Partner) joined Siris in 2012. Mr. Catera focuses on structuring, negotiating and advising on debt and equity financings across the Firm’s portfolio. In addition, he manages the Firm’s financing relationships with investment banks, direct lenders and investors. Prior to joining Siris, Mr. Catera worked in the Leveraged Finance group at Deutsche Bank Securities in New York where he worked on leveraged loans and high yield issuances to fund leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, dividend recapitalizations and refinancings. Mr. Catera graduated from Rutgers University cum laude where he received a B.Sc. with a concentration in Finance.
