Steve Ellis Bio

Steve joined Silversmith in 2022 and currently serves as a Controller on the Finance Team. Prior to Silversmith, Steve worked as a Finance Manager at Summit Partners. While at Summit, Steve was actively involved in the accounting and financial reporting for both the fund and general partner entities, as well as portfolio company reporting and equity valuation. Prior to Summit, Steve worked in the Financial Services practice at Ernst & Young. Steve is a Certified Public Accountant. He currently lives in Reading, MA with his wife. BBA in Accounting & Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts Isenberg School of Management.
