Katherine Brody Bio

Katherine Brody joined Silver Lake in 2014 and is a Director & General Counsel of EMEA. Prior to joining Silver Lake, she was a corporate associate at the law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where she focused on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Katherine serves as a member of the British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (BVCA)’s Global Capital Committee and previously served on the board of directors of Global Blue. She holds a B.S. from Tulane University and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
